Hotel Policies

Important! Some policies may vary from these depending on your room, date and rate selection. Please check the room information when booking.

Check In / Check Out: You may check in from 13:00 hours until 23:00 hours. You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. To cancel an existing booking please go to the Cancellation page.

Meal Plan: This policy defines the breakfast and meal plan. Note that the system defines half board as shortcut for breakfast and dinner, full board as shortcut for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6,00 per person per night. Dinner costs EUR 10,00 per person per night.

Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Deposit: No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
