Internet– The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access in all buildings and in the garden. You can also use the computer in the hotel library free of charge to check your emails.

Ironing–   please let us know if you need an iron and ironing board.

Keys– you will receive keys for your room and main entrance during check-in; please return your keys at check-out. The key tag has your room name and our contact info.

Laundryservice – if you need your clothes washed or dry cleaned, please put them in the bag found in the room's closet and drop it off at the reception; ask us about the prices and cleaning times.  

Lost & Found– in case you forgot something at the hotel, we will call you and arrange for pick up.

Medicalemergency, Doctor– in case of medical emergency, call 112 or let us know if you need help with reaching the service or provide First Aid Kit. Please inform us if you request ambulance between 23:00 and 8:00.  

Museum –  for information on local museums, please check with us or visit www.cesupils.lv or www.vidzemesmuzeji.lv. Guests, who stay with us 2 or more nights, can visit the Cesis History and Arts museum for free; passes are available at the reception.
