Opening hours – The reception is available from 08:00 to 23:00 (May to October) and 08:00 to 22:00 (November to April) at +371 26165298. In case of emergency you can reach us 24/7.

Parking – free parking is available next to the hotel; the parking lot is not guarded.
Payment – you can pay with cash, credit card, or gift card.
Pharmacy – The nearest pharmacy is located in Cesis (10km).
Phone – a mobile phone is available at the reception for use in emergencies.
Petrol/Filling stations – the closest stations are in and Ieriki (7 km) and Cesis (10 km)
Pets –are allowed in the hotel at additional charge by arranging it prior to your visit. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the public areas of the hotel. Guests are financially responsible for any damage incurred.
Picnicspots– (see Grill) are indicated in the manor's area map (found in your room or www.karlamuiza.lv.); guests are required to arrange the use with the administrator. For your convenience, we offer grills for rent and picnic baskets for purchase.
Post office, Stamps – the nearest offices are located in Ieriķi, Cēsis and Līgatne. We will gladly help you to mail prepaid package or letter; stamps can be purchased at a post office or at the reception.
Postcards– with pictures of Karlamuiza and our contact information are available free of charge at the reception.
