Cēsis Restaurant Week at Karlamuiza | 1–9 November
This autumn, we invite you to Kārļamuiža to experience a thoughtful and seasonal three-course dinner inspired by the theme Created in the Cēsis Region.
Our menu celebrates the flavours, craftsmen and farms of our landscape - from Straupe to Priekuļi, bringing together nature’s harvest, local traditions, and genuine hospitality.
Each course is served on artisan-made tableware by local makers, highlighting the beauty of handmade craftsmanship: Vienkoči Park hand-carved wooden plates; Mākoņi un māls stoneware by ceramic artist Antra Purviņa; Piebalga Porcelain Factory fine porcelain pieces

Starter
Straupe turkey tasting on a Vienkoči wooden plate
Turkey liver pâté with onion marmalade, smoked turkey on rye toast,
and turkey roulade with herb pesto and apple-horseradish cream.
Main Course
Pork cheeks braised in Cēsis beer with creamy Priekuļi potatoes
Served with spelt grains and autumn root vegetables on a Mākoņi un māls ceramic plate.
Dessert
Apple-orchard cake from Kārļi with salted caramel
Served on the Piebalga Porcelain Burzītā collection plate.
To finish
Gauja Garden herbal tea with Kārļamuiža honey.
