During the meal, each dish will be accompanied by stories about its origins, traditional preparation techniques, and the ingredients used. A special touch will be added with a brief demonstration by the manor’s chef, showcasing the preparation of one of the historic desserts.

Kārļamuiža’s Kitchen is a living tale of the manor’s gardens, where the abundance of autumn harvest meets the flavors and traditions of a bygone era. It is a symphony of history and culinary heritage, where time-honored recipes and the wisdom of generations of manor cooks come alive at the grand family table. Each dish bridges the past and present – from humble, everyday meals to magnificent feasts, echoing the spirit of manor life.
